This product is imported from James H. Heal in the UK and is also known as phenol yellow control cloth or yellowing control cloth. This supporting product is mainly used to test the degree of phenolic yellowing of white or wax dyed yarns, fabrics, and finished garments during transportation or storage. The application scope of this test is mainly aimed at phenol induced yellowing, which is caused by the reaction between nitrogen oxides and phenol on textiles, resulting in yellowing of textiles. It cannot directly detect fading caused by other reasons.

Include fading of brightening agents, oxidation of lubricants on fabrics, and so on. However, the phenol yellow testing component has been proven to effectively control the quality of white and wax printed products, significantly reducing customer complaints caused by phenol yellow.

Is widely used in the ADIDAS FT-08 Courtauld Test... standard.
